I wonder how many people think the same way I did prior to owning a Burmese.. Can all that is written about this breed be true? are they really that special? I was a little sceptical but also open-minded.
I have always had cats in my life - ordinary moggies, Persians, part breeds of different types, but now I have been truly converted! Burmese are the most amazing little people in fur jackets!
They are of average size, short hair, good bed warmers, they love watching TV with you curled up on your lap or your shoulder or your head (they don't really care as long as they are with the person they love and trust), they are interior house re-designers, skilled with a computer keyboard, they have wonderful balance, displayed regularly by walking on top of curtain rods and highest cupboard in the house. In other words, they are just great entertainers and companions.
